The national carrier of Turkey, Turkish Airlines is known as the largest carrier in the world with scheduled services to up to 304 destinations in the Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa. With the slogan, “Widen your World”, the airline no doubt has plans to continue to expand and improve their networks and services.

The airline, which began operations in 1933 with five aircraft, now has a passenger and cargo fleet of 338 aircraft, and has maintained a steady growth, which has resulted in making it one of the top airlines in the world.

The airline launched a new maintenance and repair center at Sabiha Gökçen International Airport in 2014; this development has been noted by global aviation and regarded as a significant step forward for Turkish Civil Aviation. With its subsidiaries, Goodrich Turkish Technic Service Center, TEC, TSI Turkish Seat Industries and TCI Turkish Cabin Interior, and a workforce of almost 7,000, the maintenance and repair center has raised the bar in aviation maintenance.
