SkyUp Airlines was founded in June 2017 and is based at Boryspil Airport. Flight program started in May 2018. Among the owners of the airline are Yuri Ivanovich Alba and Alexander Yuryevich Alba. They also own the Ukrainian tour operator Join UP!, which, according to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, has processed the largest number of tourists in 2018.
