Why didn’t I receive an email confirmation of my booking?
Check your email and spam folder first of all.
You should receive the email confirmation soon after booking.
If it doesn’t arrive please try to:
- Check your spam folder
- Some bookings need to be processed longer and may take up to 1 hour. For example, if the airline’s booking system is offline
- If you have not received any confirmation email by then, there could have been a typo in your email address when you created the booking.
- If, after an extended wait, you still haven’t received an email from us, please contact us to ensure that we have the correct email address.
