My card has been charged but I don’t have a booking confirmation
If your card’s been charged but you haven’t received your confirmation, there can sometimes be a delay on confirmations coming through, or there could be a technical reason why you haven’t received it.
If you still can’t find it within 5 minutes, we would recommend contacting us immediately.
Please kindly note that our employees are not allowed to know your credit card details, such as full credit card number, card validity and CVV code! For the reason of swift verification, they may request only your 4 last digits and booking details.
Please double check the following:
Check your email for a booking confirmation – it should have been sent when you made your booking.
It’s worth checking your junk or spam email if you cannot find it.
